Trends, Topics and TMS in Stuttgart

LogiMAT is a highlight of the year. What are you most looking forward to?

Contacts, contacts, contacts. From morning to evening we will be talking – and, most importantly, listening. We want to demonstrate what we can do and learn what is currently driving the industry. LogiMAT is the perfect place for that.

In your view, what is currently the biggest challenge for the industry?

Everything is becoming more complex. The volume of information is increasing, and expectations from all stakeholders continue to rise. Companies need to use their data more efficiently and capture missing data more intelligently.

This certainly challenges your software developers as well. What is most important?

We connect systems and keep data flowing. Processes without media disruptions may sound like an old concept, but it is more relevant than ever. Connectivity is the greatest challenge of our time. Only this enables the creation of a shared data pool that allows predictive assessment of events and efficient process control.

Won’t we soon be able to leave all of this to AI?

AI alone is not the solution. What matters is a holistic approach. TMS solutions must use data efficiently. That is why, with the BRABENDER logistic suite, we rely on an all-in-one approach closely aligned with processes and stakeholder needs – sometimes with AI and sometimes without.

High costs are a major burden for the transport industry. How is the demand for TMS solutions developing?

For some companies, the market situation is currently challenging. Small and medium-sized businesses in particular feel the pressure. The wave of insolvencies is affecting many companies. At the same time, some are realizing that they cannot continue without integrated data. As a result, we continue to see strong demand despite difficult conditions. With our all-in-one solution, companies of all sizes can ride the data wave quickly and, above all, securely.

What does the future hold?

More data, more stakeholders, and even higher expectations. It remains an exciting time. One thing is certain: in the ocean of information, no company can afford a Bermuda Triangle between dispatch, fleet management and drivers. Businesses will need to act faster and more proactively than ever before.

How is the Brabender Group positioning itself for LogiMAT 2026?

We focus on data integration – our competitive advantage in the TMS market. The connectivity of our all-in-one system will be a key topic at the trade fair in Stuttgart. Visitors will see a self-learning, networked TMS that, among other things, stands out through its own telematics solutions, confirmed by the German Telematics Award 2026.
