AI, connectivity, and automation: The Brabender team showcased the state of the art – and what’s coming next.
Four days, one powerful appearance: At transport logistic 2025 in Munich, the Brabender team presented innovative answers to key future challenges in logistics. At the heart of it all was the latest version of the BRABENDER Logistic Suite – the only transport management system (TMS) with integrated telematics and its own black box.
Our booth in Hall B1 was a popular meeting point for logistics decision-makers looking to manage their processes more efficiently, flexibly, and intelligently – and for software and development experts as well. Especially in demand were the new AI-based functions and comprehensive connectivity solutions for fully automated workflows. These allow data to flow faster and simplify dispatching.
“What’s next?” – An interactive look ahead
Together with our partner PTV Logistics, we twice asked the question “What’s next?” – and inspired trade fair visitors with fresh ideas. In an interactive live format, Thorben Rasche (Brabender) and Stefan Kühn (PTV) presented three theses on how the transport management system (TMS) of the future will work:
The experts demonstrated, using the example of two dispatchers and 50 vehicles, how modern algorithms can already process hundreds of orders with complex parameters simultaneously and consistently. They warned: Anyone still dispatching manually today is wasting potential and jeopardizing their future.
In the future, dispatchers will become troubleshooters, while the system executes automated processes independently. The time this frees up can be invested in communication and strategic planning. Experience is preserved, and the systems continue to learn. The result: greater efficiency, stronger customer relationships, and a secure future.
After the trade fair is before the trade fair
Four days flew by – and the next transport logistic is already on the horizon. From April 26 to 29, 2027, we’ll be back. Until then, we’ll keep developing our systems and will once again bring new ideas and theses to the table.
